Customer Services

As a family run business Daisy Daisy is committed to offering you excellent customer services. We source all our products from ethical and fair suppliers so endeavour to treat you the customer with the same respect.

Postage and packaging
Our standard postage is dependent on the overall weight of the parcel. UK deliveries up to 2kgs are sent via Royal Mail First Class post. Orders that exceed 2kgs will be dispatched via Royal Mail Standard Parcels or with a courier. Prices for UK delivery are listed below:

Overseas shipping is sent via Royal Mail Airmail and is priced accordingly. The weight limit for this service is 2kgs so we are unable to accept international orders that exceed this amount. Please contact us for a specific quote to dispatch via a courier if your order exceeds the weight limit.

At Daisy Daisy we re-use as much of the packaging materials that we receive our deliveries in as we can. Where possible the packaging we do buy is recycled or biodegradable -such as corn starch packaging chips which are fully compostable.

Accepting Delivery
Daisy Daisy endeavours to fulfil your order within 3-5 working days. We will notify you of any delay. We are unable to give a specific delivery time/date and you must take responsibility for accepting the delivery. For the majority of orders we use the Royal Mail so delivery should be within your usual postal routine. The delivery person will not be authorised by us to leave at any alternative address (or location) other than that specified on your order.

If your order is Delayed
If any part of your order is unlikely to be delivered within 5 working days of being placed, we will notify you via email. If you have any queries please email admin@daisydaisyethicalgifts.co.uk quoting your order reference number.

Transaction Details
All credit card transactions online are processed using secure methods. All products advertised for sale online are subject to availability. Your payment method will be debited at time of ordering regardless of current stock availability. This ensures that the stock can be allocated to an authorised transaction once available. We reserve the right to remove, amend or modify any product, description or price at any time.

Privacy and Security
Daisy Daisy takes your right to privacy extremely seriously. All credit card transactions are carried out over a secure server, and no card details are kept on file. If you are unhappy with any part of our service please do fill in the Customer Feedback Form and let us know how we can best improve our service.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation
You may cancel your order for any reason prior to dispatch and up to 14 days after receipt of the goods.

You must notify us of your wish to cancel via email to admin@daisydaisyethicalgifts.co.uk stating your order reference, name and address.

Return goods must be appropriately packaged and in "as new/as supplied" condition.

Cost of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty.

Please include your full contact details with the return, including the reason for returning. You must obtain a proof of postage.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Refunds will be made via your original payment method.
