Customer Services

As a family run business Daisy Daisy is committed to offering you excellent customer services. We source all our products from ethical and fair suppliers so endeavour to treat you the customer with the same respect.

Postage and packaging
Our standard postage is dependant on the overall weight of the parcel. The prices for First Class Royal Mail are listed below. Anything over 2kgs will be sent Royal Mail Standard Parcels and will be at the £7.50 rate. Overseas shipping is sent via Airmail and is priced accordingly.

500g-1kg £4.50
1-2kg £7.95

Where possible we recycle the packaging that we receive the products in.

Accepting Delivery
Daisy Daisy endeavours to fulfil your order within 3-5 working days. If however, we have problems with stock availability the lead time might be slightly longer and we will notify you of this accordingly. As when ordering anything online that requires delivery, you must take responsibility for accepting the delivery. It is not possible for us to guarantee a specific delivery time or date. For that reason we use the royal mail so orders should arrive within your usual postal routine. The delivery person will not be authorised by us to leave at any alternative address (or location) other than that specified on your order.

Returns and Refunds
At Daisy Daisy we hope that you are happy with your order. If you are unhappy with your order, then items in 'as new'/'as supplied' condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Shipping costs will also be paid by Daisy Daisy if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Transaction Details
All credit card transactions online are processed using secure methods. All products advertised for sale online are subject to availability. Your payment method will be debited at time of ordering regardless of current stock availability. This ensures that the stock can be allocated to an authorised transaction once available. We reserve the right to remove, amend or modify any product, description or price at any time.

Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch, which usually takes 2 - 10 working days, although we can only advise you to contact us as early as possible to enable the best chance of canceling an order before it is too late. To cancel your order please call us on 01983 840913 where verbal confirmation will be given and your order amended accordingly. Please do not rely solely on e-mail to cancel an order, unless you have received a confirmation e-mail from us that your order has been cancelled.

If Your Order Is Delayed
If parts of, or your complete order, are unlikely to be delivered within 5 working days of your order being placed, we will do our best to email you to let you know. If you have a query about an order delay, please email the address you were sent after ordering, quoting your order reference number and detailing the items you are still waiting for. Daisy Daisy will then look into the delay as a matter of priority.

If Your Order is Incorrect or Arrives Damaged
Daisy Daisy hopes that your goods arrive promptly and in good condition. If, however, your goods are damaged in any way, or they are the incorrect items, please return to Daisy Daisy immediately and we will refund your postage and replace the items as quickly as possible. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience that this may cause you.

Privacy and Security
Daisy Daisy takes your right to privacy extremely seriously. All credit card transactions are carried out over a secure server, and no card details are kept on file.
