CHRISTMAS POSTING- Our recommended last date for orders before Christmas 2015 is Sunday 20th to be dispatched Monday 21st. These dates are in line with the Royal Mails last posting date for domestic 1st class mail and are only a guide. We are unable to guarantee delivery by Christmas Day. We recommend that orders are placed well within these guidelines to avoid disappointment.
Our delivery charges are based on the overall size and weight of your order. Standard UK shipping will be made by Royal Mail First or Second Class post, with heavier orders being dispatched with a courier. For orders to the Channel Islands only Royal Mail First Class is available. We aim to deliver your order within 2-5 working days depending on which service is used.

UK orders for £45 and over will be dispatched free of charge (excludes Channel Islands)
Please note that items sent with the Royal Mail are usually delivered within 2-5 days, however Royal Mail state that only items still not delivered after 15 days are considered as lost.
Please place your order within sufficient time to prevent any loss or disappointment arising due to delivery times.
We are unable to give a specific delivery time/date and you must take responsibility for accepting the delivery. The delivery person will not be authorised to leave the parcel at any address/location other than that specified on your order. For the majority of our orders we use the Royal Mail, so delivery should be within your normal postal routine.

You may cancel your order for any reason prior to dispatch and up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. You must notify us of your wish to cancel via email to email@example.com making sure to include your name, address and order reference number.
Return goods must be appropriately packaged and in “as new/as supplied” condition. Cost of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty. Please include your full contact details with the return, including the reason for returning. You must obtain a proof of postage.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made via your original payment method.

We are happy to ship your order worldwide. For overseas shipping we use Royal Mail’s Airmail service. The weight limit for this service is 2kg. We are unable to process any international orders which exceed this weight limit.
